We Mourn the Tragedy at Chabad of Poway

We are devastated by the loss of life and suffering inflicted by the shooting at Chabad of Poway in our community. We mourn with the victims and their loved ones, with our friends at the shul who witnessed this terrible act and with our community. In the words of our Sages, may the family, friends and community of Lori Kaye z”l be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Following this last day of Passover when we commemorated the Israelites’ freedom from slavery in Egypt, may we all work together to end the hate, bigotry and anti-Semitism that enslave too many communities today.

Join the San Diego community for a vigil Monday, April 29 to honor the victims of the Chabad of Poway shooting, and to stand together against anti-Semitism and hate of all kinds.
