Join us for this interactive workshop, where we will explore practices for integrating more mindfulness into our daily lives.

You will learn to:

  • Regulate your response to stress, anxiety, and other imbalances.
  • Honor your needs through time and energy management.
  • Offer yourself more love and understanding in challenging situations.
  • Practice mindfulness techniques anywhere.
