Introducing Brain Dates to JPro Coworking Days!
Brain Dates are an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a JPro member or topic area specialists to support you! Each coworking day we will highlight a member of our community ranging in topics from: finance, marketing, social media, fundraising, community engagement, and more. If you are interested in a 30-minute Brain Date, simply check the box below and you will receive a confirmation with your scheduled time.
Our next Brain Date will be with Hanz Enyeart! Hanz is the Communications & Events Associate for The Hive. Through spending too much time on his phone, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge of useful social media tools and what makes for engaging content.

The popularity of short-form video content on social media has skyrocketed over the past few years. Nonprofits are finding that reels are a fun new way to engage their audience, and many have been successful in amassing new followings with strategic implementation.
In this Brain Date, you will:
- Learn the simplified basics of creating a reel that can be used on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Brainstorm what types of video content make the most sense for your organization
- Discuss the best ways to incorporate current trends in your videos while staying true to your organization’s mission and voice
You may arrive with video clips you’d like to turn into a reel, but it is not required.

Lee and Toni Leichtag established the Leichtag Foundation in 1991 following the sale of their business. Lee and Toni were lifelong entrepreneurs with a passion for innovation and for supporting talent. They believed that only with big risk comes big reward. Both born to families in poverty, Toni to a single mother, they strongly believed in helping those most in need and most vulnerable in our community. While they supported many causes, their strongest support was for young children and the elderly, two demographics who particularly lack voice in our society.

You would think that as the executive director of San Diego LGBT Pride, Fernando Zweifach López Jr., who uses the pronoun they, has done all the coming out they possibly can. A queer, non-binary individual who has worked for many years on civil rights issues, López also speaks openly and often about their father’s family, Mexican-American migrant workers who tilled the fields of rural California.
