When it comes to engaging the “next generation,” much emphasis and analysis have been expended on the Millennials, those born in the 1980s through 2000. Many new programs have been developed and engagement strategies have been tested targeted to this cohort. But what about those who are coming up just after the Millenials? Gen Z.

We will present the results of several just-completed studies that tell us more about Gen Z, who they are, what they prioritize and value, and what are the implications.

Following the data release, we will engage in a reflective conversation with Moishe House Founder and CEO David Cygielman and a group of Gen Zers.
