Pride might be in June, but we celebrate LGBTQ History Month in October! The Hive is excited to host Pride Shabbat, an experiential evening that will introduce you to notable Jewish LGBTQ figures, discuss how sexuality is addressed in Jewish history, and provide space to embrace and celebrate our sexualities and genders through a Jewish perspective. Our esteemed guest Trudy Morse, Repair the World’s Education Senior Associate, will lead the conversation over this three-course outdoor meal. Get ready for an incredible Shabbat under the rainbow!
Guests will have the choice to purchase a table (up to six guests) for their own pod, or sit at a community table to make new friends (register soon – we can only honor GF and vegan dietary preferences submitted by Monday, October 11th)!
Because this event is centered around a meal, we are requiring that all guests be fully vaccinated and show proof upon entry (either virtual QR code or the physical card in-hand). We’re capping the event at 30 guests.
