This workshop provides nonprofit professionals with tools and strategies for successful negotiations whether it be for salaries or vendors. These include understanding the power dynamics of a negotiation, how to assess your salary range, and how to have a win-win salary conversation. Top 10 tips are provided and if time allows, role plays are provided.
The workshop is developed and led by Deborah Rosenbloom, JWI’s Chief Program Officer who has been teaching successful negotiation strategies to young women for over a dozen years.
