In Jewish tradition, a meaningful relationship is created on two things: learning together (chavruta translated to mean different) and opening up to one another in a sincere way (galui lev, translated to mean opening from the heart).
4 Me will be a group of local emerging professional leaders of Jewish organizations that will gain inspiration in their work through Jewish ideas and text. Each session will be infused with learning that will address leadership, vision, and strategy. 4 Me will create a network of allies that provides a space to explore professional dilemmas.
The program will relate to the four domains of leadership: mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.
