SUMMARY:The Role of Ego in Cultivating Conscious Leadership
DESCRIPTION:“In order to lead efforts toward social change\, you must lead an effort to change and remake yourself—again and again.” – David Bronner \nAs a sought-after executive leadership coach\, Eric has observed that the #1 source of leadership breakdowns is ego myopia\, or the inability to distinguish and manage one’s ego.  Ego typically manifests itself in three ways:  The need to be right\, the need to be liked and the need to be in control. When we actively commit to working on ourselves\, we open ourselves to becoming the kind of leader our teams\, and ultimately the world need us to be. \nIn this workshop we will look at: \n\nHow to recognize ego-myopia in ourselves.\nThe impact of ego-myopia on teams\, workplaces\, and ultimately the causes we care about.\nThe three core components of conscious leadership:  Wisdom\, love and power\, and how to cultivate these qualities in ourselves and in our organizations.\n\nFacilitated by Eric Kaufmann\, Executive Leadership Coach. \nIn Partnership with Dr. Bronner’s. 1.5 CFRE* credits. \nRegister HERE.

DESCRIPTION:U.S. employees spend about 2.8 hours per week dealing with conflict; costing organizations an estimated $359 billion in lost productivity\, operational effectiveness\, and employee morale and well-being. Leaders who constructively address team conflicts can have immediate and enormous long-term impacts on an organization’s success. Low morale\, high turnover\, and expensive lawsuits are just some common consequences of poorly handled conflict.   \nParticipants will learn strategies to work through toxic interpersonal dynamics to build healthier and more resilient teams including understanding common dysfunctions\, assessing needs\, and identifying strategies to turn things around\, and how personality and work styles impact team functions.  \nMike Gellman\, The Career Catapult Coach\, 1.5 CFRE credits  \nRegister HERE. \nMike is passionate about coaching and has devoted his career to helping employees\, leaders\, and teams work more effectively. SUMMARY:Recruiting and Retention for Nonprofits on a Zero Budget
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is presented by Dr. Bronner’s.  \nIn 2022\, the job market was one of the tightest in recent history making it a great year for job seekers and a very tough year for employers. With lower salaries and fewer benefits to offer\, nonprofits often have a harder time recruiting and retaining top talent than employers in the for-profit sector. And staff turnover is not just disruptive but also expensive. \nJoin Trevor Blair\, a 20-year veteran in executive search\, recruiting\, and workforce development\, to learn best practices nonprofits can use to develop and keep a loyal and high caliber team\, even when you have little to no budget to do so. \nFacilitated by Trevor Blair\, nonprofit workforce development expert and CEO of Blair Search Partners.
